ISL provides an optional Extended Care programme for primary school students from Reception 3 to Year 6. Parents can subscribe (regular registration link) for a recurring day and session over multiple weeks (see dates on the Parent Portal) or for a Single Drop-in.
This service is available to parents who require supervision for their children outside of the normal school hours. Parents will have an opportunity to sign up for this service online on the Parent Portal from 18:00 on Friday 14 June.
The Extended Care programme runs from Monday to Friday throughout the school year. The service is not available during holidays and on certain days, as specified on the school calendar each year, when the school remains closed or has conferences.
The service does not run on the last day of school before the Winter Break and the last day of the school year in June.
Subscriptions will be made using the corresponding online registration form available on the Parent Portal. Drop-In registrations will be subject to availability on a given day and must be made before 12:00 (noon) of the same day. After this time, no further registrations will be accepted.
Parents need to provide children with their own small snack. They can keep this in their bag until they arrive at Extended Care. Any snacks provided by parents for their children during Extended Care must be nut-free to ensure the safety of all students with allergies. Snacks should not be shared with other children to prevent potential allergic reactions and to adhere to our health and safety guidelines.
