As part of this year’s Primary school Book Week, the French team is organising the 4th annual ISL French Book Fair in the north building entrance. We will have a selection of books from age 3 to 16 including easy readers, chapter books, non-fiction, graphic novels, etc. Please see this link to browse catalogues of some collections that will be available.
- On Tuesday 26 November: 6E, 6C, 2A, 1LP, 1HB, 6SM, 3MT and R3.
- On Wednesday 27 November: 2H, 4D, 4DT, 5MM, 5K, 5F, 3F and R4.
- For parents: cash payment is preferred however, a Twint QR code will also be available.
- The prices for books and small games will be from CHF 10 to CHF 30.
- Students can purchase books/games during the fair days only.
- If interested, send your child to school with a labelled envelope with money inside. The label should include name and class.
- Parents are welcome to the Book Fair all day on Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 November.
- Parents are also welcome to the Book Fair after school on Tuesday 26 up to 17h and Wednesday 27 until 16h30.
- EC students (R3 to Y1) should not bring money to the fair however parents are welcome to visit the fair at any time.
- French teachers will mainly take classes to the fair during French time.
- Parents can place personal orders on the Fair days only.
