What will you do?

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team
  • Post job adverts, sort through applications, set up / participate to interviews
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Keep our recruitment mailbox in good shape
  • Help out with work permit, employee relocation and onboarding
  • Keep our employee database fresh and updated
  • Jump into various HR projects based on your skills

 

What we are looking for:

  • Are you an undergrad (CFC, MPC) or a recent graduate (Bachelor, Master) with a strong interest in HR? We want to hear from you!
  • Fluency in French or English (C1 minimum) with a good command of the other language (B2 minimum)
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a positive mindset
  • Well-organised, reliable and a strong attention to detail
  • Effective in working both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to build bridges in our culturally diverse environment
  • Swiss/EU citizenship or holding a Swiss work permit
